Support contract or subscription
Contracts are tailored to your organisation’s needs and are available in 30-day, 3- or 6-month, and annual packages. Remote enterprise backup support within these is unlimited and includes telephone, email and online conferencing. As a support contract customer, you’d also be entitled to our discounted assessment services.
Ad-hoc (‘no fix, no fee’)
If you have a problem that no one else has been able to solve, if your maintenance agreement has expired, or if your problem has been ongoing for a long time, we will help you. Stone Ram provides ad-hoc support on a ‘no fix, no fee’ basis.
